Geographic location: Province of Mendoza, Cuyo region.
How to get there: Uco Valley is located South of the city of Mendoza; you can get there via Ruta Nacional 40. It is composed by the cities of Tupungato, Tunuyán and Villa San Carlos.
Area: 17,370 sq km
Altitude: Between 900 and 1,700 meters above sea level.
Climate: Dry, with a wide temperature range and scarce rainfall.
Recommended length of stay: 2 to 5 days.
What to do: Visit vineyards and wineries, enjoy cultural tourism in the cities which are part of the valley.
