Campos del Tuyú National Park
Visit the place that protects the Pampean grassland environment, and the crab areas in the Samborombón bay.

Watch birds such as the ñandú or rhea and the partridge, the thrush and the mockingbird, the monjita and the duck, the heron and the coot, the swan and the flamingo. How to get there: By land, drive from Buenos Aires and La Plata, via Autovía 2, then take Ruta Provincial 63 and Ruta Provincial 11 up to General Lavalle, the starting point for the park. There are also several bus lines that reach General Lavalle.
Area: 30.4 sq km
Climate: Warm and humid, with average temperatures of 21° C in summer (with highs around 40°C) and 9°C in winter. In winter, rainfall usually makes access by land more difficult.
Recommended length of stay: 1 to 3 days.
