Recommended clothing and gear: comfortable warm clothes, waterproof jacket or windbreaker, lace-up sports shoes or trekking boots. Rubber, après ski or high heel boots are not permitted. Take sunglasses, sunscreen, gloves, a sun cap and winter cap to wear in cold weather.
