Nevado de Chañi

How to get there: To Salta to the General Martín Miguel de Güemes international airport by air, and via the National Route 34 by bus or car. To Jujuy, to the international airport Gobernador Horacio Guzmán by air, and via the National Route 34 by bus or car.
Altitude: 5,896 m above sea level.
Climate: Cold and dry.
Recommended length of stay: 7 to 10 days.
Recommended clothing and gear: Mountaineering technical equipment. Warm clothes appropriate for extreme weather. Safety equipment.
