The Simoca Fair

Every Saturday, a whole town comes together at the Simoca Fair. Get close and participate in this event. Watch the sellers, offering from cigarettes and handicrafts to cane honey, rosquete rolls, small empanadas, and other delicacies of regional cuisine. Can you imagine a neighbor paying for their purchase with a dozen eggs? See it at the food stalls, where bartering takes place.
